In a large sauce pan, melt butter and peanut butter, stirring constantly. When melted, add powdered sugar. Continue to stir to incorporate powdered sugar. Then, stir in crushed graham crackers. Press mixture into bottom of 9”x13” pan.
In a microwave-safe dish, melt chocolate chips, 30-seconds at a time, until fully melted. Stir between each 30-second increment.
Spread chocolate evenly over peanut butter mixture. Cut when all ingredients are cooled and set.
