Knock a Punch Brandy Slush
Perfectly delicious on a hot summer day. But, be careful...it knocks a punch!

- 2 C sugar
- 7 C water
- 1 can can frozen orange juice concentrate thawed (12 oz)
- 1 can can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed (12 oz)
- 2 cup brandy or vodka
Bring sugar and water to a boil to create simple syrup. Add orange juice and lemonade. Cool completely, then add brandy or vodka. Pour into a sealable freezer container (I use ice cream buckets!) and freeze until solid.
To serve, put 2-3 ice cream scoops into a tall glass and top with lemon-lime soda or ginger ale. Enjoy!
