Method
- In a food processor, pulse process onion to small pieces. Add cream cheese, Russian Dressing and Worchestershire Sauce. Blend well. Slowly add milk, using only enough to thin to preferred consistency. Serve with potato chips or crackers. Also good on bagels!
Notes
- If you'd like the dip a bit more tangy, use 1/3 C Russian Dressing.
- The color should be a peachy pink color, darker if you use more Russian Dressing.
