Bleu Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C good mayonnaise I use Hellman’s
  • ½ C whole grain brown mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8-10 cranks of pepper
  • 8 oz crumbled blue cheese

Method
 

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients well. Gently fold in the blue cheese, taking care to not break up the chunks too much. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.  This sauce is terrific on just about anything!
