So, this tasty little treat was a mashup of a couple of my favorite flavors – shrimp, chili, and lime. How easy is that?! While I love shrimp, it’s sometimes rather bland…unless, of course you’re doing a scampi! In the interest of eating healthier, scampi just doesn’t make the list.
I started making Chili Lime shrimp a couple years ago, and when friends have tasted it, they seem to think it’s some complicated recipe. Well, now that I’m posting it for the world to see, they’ll know my secret…it’s stupid simple. I like recipes like that!
I make these for an easy appetizer and serve hot or cold. I also make them for healthy tacos and wrap in a bibb lettuce leaf with a little avocado mash and chopped tomatoes. Wonderful! And…I serve them with my Cauliflower Fried Rice.
Super versatile. Super Simple…these babies can’t be beat! Yet another delightful treat I’m embarrassed to call a “recipe” but here you go…Click on over to my homemade Chili Powder!
